Service summary

This Health Certificate is required by anyone who wishes to move bees, hives and/or apiary products across the Queensland border.

Service type


A licence defines the need to obtain recognition / certification and registration to undertake a certain business activity.


This licence cannot be transferred.


This licence remains in effect for a maximum of four months but can be revoked because of quarantine restrictions.


No fees are payable for this permit.


The Health Certificate is obtained from Apiary Officers in the state of origin.
