Description

You will need this approval if you intend to remove or dispose of a gaming machine that is operated on your premises under a Gaming Machine Licence. Disposal of a machine can either be for the destruction or sale of the machine. However, if the machine will be sold to a person, the person who is acquiring the machine must also be authorised to operate the machine under a Gaming Machine Licence.
