To be eligible for approval you must:
- Submit an application, including a requirements and checklist form;
- Pay the required fee; and
- Provide with your application signatures from the lessee of every lot included in the development.
You will also be required to provide details and documentation comprising the proposed Community Title Scheme, including a copy of your:
- Master plan;
- Management Statement;
- Body corporate constituent documents; and
- Body corporate by-laws.
For staged developments, details of the stages and the sequence of those stages must be provided with your application.
