Description

You will need this licence if you intend to work as a clerk to a licensed bookmaker at a thoroughbred or harness race meeting in the Australian Capital Territory (ACT).

A bookmaker clerk is any person who, on a racecourse or sports ground, assists a bookmaker in the bookmaker's business, such as by recording or accepting money for bets or paying or recording payment of winning bets.
