You must comply with these guidelines if you intend to undertake works or development in the Swinger Hill Housing Precinct in the Australian Capital Territory. These guidelines are only relevant to works within the following addresses:

  • 1-30 Barnet Close, Phillip ACT;
  • 31, 33, 35, 37, 39, 41, 43, 45, 47 and 49 Barnet Close, Phillip ACT;
  • Blocks 1-14 Section 62 Phillip;
  • Block 1 Section 128 Phillip;
  • Block 1 Section 124 Phillip;
  • Blocks 1-30 Section 63 Phillip;
  • Block 1 Section 125 Phillip; and
  • Block 1 Section 122, Phillip, Woden Valley.

Please note that some adjacent road verges are within the registered boundary.
