Prescribed Requirements for Vehicle Assessment and Inspection Equipment - Australian Capital Territory

Description

You may be required to comply with these requirements if you operate, install or maintain equipment used to inspect or test registrable vehicles. The standards in Schedule 2 of the Regulations encompass a wide range of requirements for equipment used to measure various vehicle functions and capabilities that include, but are not limited to:

  • Roller brake testing;
  • Skid plate brake testing;
  • Headlamp aim testing; and
  • Noise testing.
