Public Health (Reporting of Notifiable Conditions) Code of Practice 2006 - Australian Capital Territory


You will be required to comply with this code of practice if you intend to:

  • Be a medical practitioner;
  • Be a nurse practitioner;
  • Operate or work in a pathology; and / or
  • Operate or work in a hospital.

The code outlines the process for reporting notifiable conditions for those functioning in a clinical and / or diagnostic role.
