Standards Australia Code for Work in Compressed Air, Part II Diving - Australian Capital Territory


You must comply with this code if you are involved in the construction, use or maintenance of:

  • Main air receivers;
  • Subsidiary air receivers;
  • Air control panels;
  • Throttle valves of the slow acting needle valve type;
  • Manual pumps and other reliable sources of air supply; and
  • Air receivers for power driven compressor units.

The standard referenced in legislation has been superseded by AS / NZS 2299.1:2007: Occupational Diving Operations - Part 1: Standard Operational Practice.
