Australian Standards for the Export of Livestock - Australian Government

You will be required to comply with these standards if you intend to export livestock such as cattle, sheep, goats, buffalo, deer and camelids. These standards describe both minimum management requirements and best practice for the export of livestock.

The standards represent the basic animal health and welfare requirements for the conduct of the livestock export industry, which members of the industry are required to meet.

Please consult the Contact Officer for more information and to ascertain the level of compliance that may be required.
