You will need this licence if you intend to play music protected by copyright out loud in your club. This licence is designed for not-for-profit member-based entities such as RSL clubs, sporting clubs, cultural clubs, registered and licenced clubs.
There are various types of cover available, including:
- background music within your club including bar, dining and gym areas
- featured music events (live or recorded)
- music in dance classes
- workplace and telephone on hold music
- exhibition of music videos
- digital copy / delivery for the uses above
- website use.
