You must comply with this standard if you undertake electrical installations on board ships and vessels'. This standard outlines the minimum requirements to ensure that electrical installations do not create fire hazards.

Please note that the Agency has advised that this Code is called up in Marine Orders - Part 15 Construction - Fire Protection, Fire Detection and Fire Extinction, Issue 5.
