Employers associations are industry based groups that are intended to help businesses understand their rights and obligations in the workplace operate successfully.
Employees associations are industry groups of workers, such as trade unions, that are intended to ensure people employed within an industry understand their rights and obligations in the workplace. Enterprise associations are similar to employees associations, however the majority of the employees must work in the same enterprise (i.e. the same business).
