Hull Stress Monitoring Systems - Australian Government

Description

You will be required to comply with this standard if you operate a ship registered in Australia, or any ship in the territorial sea of Australia.

If a regulated Australian vessel is fitted with a hull stress monitoring system it must comply with the specifications in IMO Circular MSC/Circ.646.
