ISO 17339:2002 Ships and Marine technology -- Sea Anchors for Survival Craft and Rescue Boats - Australian Government

Description

You will be required to comply with this standard if you operate a ship registered in Australia, or any ship in the territorial sea of Australia.

The lifeboats on your ships must have sea-anchors that comply with clause ISO 17339:2002 or other equivalent international standards approved by the Agency.
