Marine Order 30 (Prevention of Collisions) - Australian Government

Description

You are required to comply with this Marine Order if you intend to operate a regulated Australian vessel or foreign vessel within Australian or international waters. This Order gives effect to the Convention on the International Regulations for Preventing Collisions at Sea (COLREGs), which prescribes internationally agreed measures for the navigation, management and working of a vessel, and the lights and signals to be provided and used on a vessel.
