Marine Order 93 (Marine pollution prevention - noxious liquid substances) - Australian Government

You may be required to comply with this code if you intend to transport dangerous chemicals in bulk by sea.

This code provides an international standard for the safe carriage by ships of dangerous and noxious chemicals in bulk and prescribes the requirements for the construction of such ships (regardless of their tonnage) and the equipment they should carry in order to minimise risks to the ship, its crew and the environment.

Please note that this Code is also referred to as the IBC Code.
