Description

You require admission if you intend to practice as a Legal Practitioner in the Australian Capital Territory.

Once you have satisfied the requirements and undertaken the necessary qualification to practice law you may apply for admission. This will title you as a qualified practitioner allowing you to perform legal functions such as practising as a barrister.

If you are registered in another jurisdiction you may apply under Trans-Tasman Mutual Recognition.
