Eggs Labelling and Sale Requirements - Australian Capital Territory

Description

You must comply with these requirements if you intend to display hen eggs for retail sale. These requirements involve the separation of eggs from different farming sources and ensuring that each section of your display is appropriately labelled. The purpose of these requirements is to make the customer aware of whether they are purchasing caged, barn or free range hen eggs.
