Marine Order 34 (Solid bulk cargoes) - Australian Government

Description

You will be required to comply with this code if you operate a ship registered in Australia, or any ship in the territorial sea of Australia. This code applies to the loading, stowing, carriage and unloading of solid bulk cargoes. 

The master of a ship has a responsibility to ensure that solid bulk cargoes are loaded and trimmed in accordance with section 5 of the IMSBC Code.
