Approval to Construct a Temporary Enclosure for Entertainment - New South Wales

Description

You will require this approval if you intend to construct a temporary enclosure to be used for entertainment on community land (e.g. erect a marquee, stage or stall). This approval is required to ensure that you have considered details such as ground levels and the possible environmental impact of the enclosure.

Depending on the type and size of the enclosure it may be necessary to obtain other approvals (e.g. Development Consent / Complying Development Certificate).
