Approval to Operate a Caravan Park or Camping Ground - New South Wales

Description

You will require this approval if you intend to operate a caravan park or camping ground in NSW. You will only be granted this approval if you can demonstrate that the proposed site will be designed, constructed, maintained and operated in accordance with the relevant requirements.

A caravan park is a park where people with recreational vehicles, such as caravans, can stay overnight or longer. A caravan is any vehicle designed, fitted, or capable to be used for habitation or sleeping purposes.

A camping ground is a site where people can pitch a tent and stay overnight or longer.
