You will require this certificate when your building work has been completed to demonstrate that all of the relevant regulatory requirements have been satisfied. Gaining this certificate will confirm that:

  • Specified building work or subdivision work has been completed and complies with all relevant standards;
  • A condition of another certificate has been complied with; or
  • A specific part of the development complies with the Council's planning and development requirements.
