Construction Certificate - New South Wales

Description

You will require this certificate if you intend to perform any type of building or construction work that is approved by a Development Consent. This certificate is the approval required to actually undertake the building or construction work and must be obtained before the work can commence.

Please note that a certificate has no effect if it is issued after the building work or subdivision work to which it relates is physically commenced on the land for which the relevant development consent applies.
