Licence to Supply by Wholesale Poisons and Restricted Substances - New South Wales

Description

You will require this licence if you intend to supply poisons or restricted substances by wholesale for therapeutic use. This licence allows you to supply poisons or restricted substances for use on human, animals or both.

This licence does not apply to poisons specified in Schedule 5 or 6 of the Poisons List.

  • Pay any required fees.
