Permission to Remove Improvements from Crown Land - New South Wales

Description

You will require approval if you are the former holder of Crown land and you intend to remove improvements from the land. For example, timber and fencing.

This approval is generally for holders of land who have been forced to end their licence due to wrongdoing.

Please be aware that you must apply for this approval within one month of forfeiture, surrender or determination, otherwise the improvements will become the property of the Crown and no compensation will be payable.
