Approval to Transport Waste Through a Public Place - New South Wales

Description

You will require this approval if you intend to provide waste collection services and intend to transport, collect or deposit waste. Waste includes commercial waste and bulk waste from development activities such as building sites.

This approval is not required if:

  • The waste is passing through the Council area without being collected or deposited in that area; and / or
  • You are licensed through another Agency to carry out your activity.
