Final Fire Safety Certificate - New South Wales

Description

You will require this certificate if you intend to prove your building meets fire safety schedule standards. This certificate needs to be obtained when you erect a new structure or change the use of an existing building.

Please note that a final fire safety certificate must be obtained before a final occupation certificate can be issued for a building.
