Description

You will need this authority to conduct a progressive lottery for entertainment purposes. Please be aware that this authority is only required if the total prize value exceeds $30,000. A progressive lottery is a lottery or game of chance in which a number of draws may be conducted on various dates over a specified period of time, and includes:

  • sports / football tipping competitions (excluding a sweep or Calcutta)
  • hundred clubs
  • silver circles
  • any other lotteries or games of chance conducted along significantly similar lines.
