Remotely Piloted Aircraft (RPA) Applicator Business Licence - New South Wales

Description

You will require this licence if you intend to operate a business that employs people to use remotely piloted aircraft (RPA) for the aerial application of pesticides. A pesticide is any substance or mixture of substances used to destroy or alter the life cycle of any pest. Pesticides are used in commercial, domestic and urban and rural environments and include bactericides, baits, fungicides, herbicides, insecticides, lures, rodenticides and repellents.

Please be aware that any person who intends to control the RPA will also require an RPA applicator controller licence.
