Casino Operatives Licence - Northern Territory

Description

All employees involved in casino related activities are required to hold a licence. Only persons who have been offered employment by a licensed casino operator are eligible to apply. Application forms are available from the Casino itself.
There are two categories of licence: key and standard. Key licences are issued to management level employees and standard licences are issued to service delivery employees eg croupiers, cashiers.

Duration

5 years (Trainee Licence only valid for 3 months.).

$327 (key); $132 (Standard or Trainee)

Additional information

Applicants must:
- be deemed by the Casino to have sufficient competency to perform the duties as licensed;

  • be 18 years of age;
  • be of good repute and character; and
  • have sound and stable financial background.

The applicant must also have been offered work by the casino to be able to apply.

Forms are only available from the Casino.
Also required:

  • Passport;
  • Birth Certificate;
  • Naturalisation papers;
  • Visa (where applicable);
  • 3 x passport photos; and
  • Other information as requested on application form.
