You will need this registration if you intend to keep a domestic cat over the age of 3 months.

A licence defines the need to obtain recognition / certification and registration to undertake a certain business activity.

If you are registering your cat for the first time you will need to apply in person. To do this, complete the registration form and visit either:

If you are registering your pet for a reduced rate, you will need provide proof of your eligibility.
