Certificate of Competency - Engineer - Northern Territory


An appropriate engineering qualification must be held by a person in charge of the propulsion machinery of a commercial vessel. There are various prerequisites, courses and sea time requirements to be satisfied depending on the size of the vessel and the area of its operation.
