Description

You will need to comply with this Code of Practice if you intend to sell, serve or supply liquor in the Northern Territory.

This Code covers promotion and advertising of liquor sold by interstate retailers, licensed premises and all mediums used by the licensee or authorised person to promote liquor.

The purpose of this Code is to ensure responsible promotion and advertising of liquor and liquor products.
