Crown Land Miscellaneous Licence - NT - Australian Business Licence and Information Service

Description

You will need this licence if you intend to take the following from Crown Land or from land subject to a lease:

live or dead timber or wood
stone, shell, sand, gravel, clay or earth, not being or supposed to be metalliferous
salt
seaweed
bark
any other substance or article the property of the Territory.

A licence defines the need to obtain recognition / certification and registration to undertake a certain business activity.

No longer than 12 months.
