You will need to comply with this code if you are an internet gaming operator, and operate on any platform such as computers, tablets and smartphones.
This code aims to minimise, to individuals and the community, the harms associated with the loss of control of gambling through harm minimisation practices in line with national, international and community expectations. It sets out minimum requirements for Northern Territory internet gaming operators to adopt in order to reduce harms associated with gambling. Internet gaming operators are encouraged to implement additional strategies to further minimise harm.
