Occupation Licence - Northern Territory

Description

You will be required to apply to the Minister for an occupation licence if you intend to occupy particular Crown lands.

An application for an occupation licence shall be made in writing to the Minister, shall be signed by the applicant or their agent, and shall set out:

  • the full name and address of the applicant
  • the occupation of the applicant
  • a description of the area in respect of which the application is made
  • the purpose for which the licence is required.

An occupation licence shall commence on the day it is issued.

Not exceeding 5 years.
