This licence is required in order to carry on business as a Real Estate Agent. Applicants may be an individual, company or firm. If the applicant is a company or firm then at least one individual must hold an equivalent licence.
A licence defines the need to obtain recognition / certification and registration to undertake a certain business activity.
Applicants must be over 18, a fit and proper person, hold prescribed educational qualifications and be competent to carry on business on their own account, and will carry on business in the Territory.

619 Revenue Units per year.If combination Real Estate/Business agents licence the fee is 715 Revenue Units for both.
2017 - 2018 Revenue unit = $1.15.
