To be eligible, you must:
- Hold public liability insurance to the value of 20 million dollars. The City of Palmerston must be named as an Interested Party on the permit holder's liability insurance policy, which must extend to the conduct of footpath dining activities.
- Prepare and submit other supporting information and documents including plans, photographs, and Department of Transport and Main Roads approval (where required) with your application.
