Taxi Drivers and Operators Code of Conduct - Northern Territory


You will be required to comply with this code if you are a Driver and operator of a taxi that carries passengers for hire or reward.

This code of conduct is a set of service requirements designed to set minimum taxi industry protocols and standards of customer service. All drivers are required to carry a copy of the code in their vehicle.
