Description

The Department of Environment and Science regulates the development and conserves the cultural heritage significance of Queensland Heritage Places under the Queensland Heritage Act 2009.

This Support Service is offered by the Department of Environment and Science to:

  • provide advice to owners of properties registered on the Queensland Heritage Register (Queensland Heritages Places) under the Queensland Heritage Act 2009.
  • provide advice on particular development proposals for places as well as procedures for making an application for development.
