Advice on Wildlife Management Issues - Queensland


This service is provided to ensure that wildlife in Queensland is managed in accordance with the appropriate legislation (currently the Nature Conservation Act 1992).

This support service provides advice on a variety of wildlife management issues including application for permits to take protected wildlife for scientific and/or educational purposes, wildlife farming proposals and other regulatory aspects of the legislation. As the Service operates under a regional structure, advice should be sought in the first instance from a regional or district office.
