Submit a completed application form and required fees to the Office of the Prostitution Licensing Authority (PLA).
The application kit, which includes application forms and a guide booklet, is available by contacting the Authority, or from the PLA website.
As an applicant for an approved manager's certificate you are subject to extensive vetting and you should expect that the process will take some time to complete.

As an applicant you will be interviewed personally during the vetting process and will be required to attend at a police establishment and/or the Prostitution Licensing Authority to provide your identifying particulars. The Authority will refuse to consider your application if you do not consent to providing those particulars.
You will be asked to supply further information in support of your application, including information about family members and business associates. If you fail to provide such information you will be deemed to have withdrawn the application.
