Approval to deposit or dispose of general waste - Sunshine Coast Regional Council - Queensland

Description

You will need this approval if you intend to deposit or dispose of general waste on your premises. This approval will only be given for general waste that you produce on your premises.

General waste includes:

  • commercial waste - which is produced as a result of the ordinary use or occupation of a commercial premises
  • domestic waste - which is produced as a result of the ordinary use or occupation of domestic premises
  • recyclable waste - which is clean and inoffensive waste that is declared by the local government to be recyclable waste.
