Caravan park approval - Southern Downs Regional Council - Queensland

Description

You will need this approval to operate a caravan park. For example, if you are operating a facility that provides the use of an area of land for accommodation in any of the following:

  • cabins
  • caravans
  • tent or other structure that can be readily assembled and disassembled
  • relocatable home.

You may need a development approval if you are starting a new caravan park or re-establishing a caravan park that was abandoned.
