Births, Deaths and Marriages Registration Act 2003 - Queensland

Description

To ensure that all births, deaths, marriages and changes of name occurring in Queensland are registered, and to provide eligible applicants with certificates or extracts from the registrations.

The Act requires all births, deaths, marriages and changes of name to be formally registered.
