Codes of Environmental Compliance for Exploration and Mineral Development Projects - Queensland


Scope of this legislative Instrument:

The Code of Environmental Compliance provides the criteria used to determine the level of environmental management required for exploration or mineral development projects and sets the environmental performance requirements as Standard Environmental Conditions which will be the compliance requirements of an Environmental Authority issued for standard mining activities.
