Confined spaces code of practice 2021 - Queensland

Description

You will need to comply with this code if you or your employees are required to work in confined spaces, or if you design, manufacture or supply equipment or structures that include, or are intended to include, a confined space. A confined space is an enclosed or partially enclosed space that is not designed or intended primarily to be occupied by a person and could pose a risk to health and safety.

This code provides practical guidance on how to comply with your work health and safety duties, including effective ways to identify and manage risks.

You will either need to comply with this code or an alternative method that sets an equivalent or higher standard of work health and safety.
