Submit the appropriate application form to the Board. An individual who intends to practice as a surveyor will be required to pay an application fee plus an annual registration fee.
The following documents must be submitted with the application:
- Copies of academic transcript, diplomas and other relevant certificates
- Completed and approved Professional Assessment Project (PAP)
- Evidence of competency issued within 12 months of the date of this application or Letter of Accreditation if registering under the Reciprocal Registration
- Two signed references issued within 12 months, to good fame and character.
Approval by the Board Members during a Board meeting is required before the registration is granted.
