Entertainment venues (Somerset) - Queensland


You need this licence to establish or operate an entertainment venue. An entertainment venue includes a building, room, garden or other place that is open to the public for entertainment. It does not include a shop or licensed premises.

You need to check that zoning is appropriate prior to submitting your licence application.

  • Do the premises comply with the relevant environmental, health and safety standards required by law?
  • Does the intended use of the public entertainment venue comply with Council's Planning Scheme?
