Fish Habitat Code of Practice - Queensland

Description

The Fish Habitat Code of Practice applies to routine works performed in tidal areas where disturbance of protected marine plants (for example, mangroves and saltmarsh species) may be necessary to maintain local government assets such as stormwater drains, boat ramps and jetties.

It addresses management of impacts from essential asset maintenance and aims to reduce or minimise these impacts on fish habitats.
